Because of this process, orders typically ship within 1–2 weeks from the purchase date.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information through the carrier.

We Only offer Size exchanges.

Due to the limited nature of our products, Eutopia does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including incorrect sizing or change of mind. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

Once an order is shipped, Eutopia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Customers must contact the carrier and submit a claim through their service for investigation.
